In a bid to make every Avenger popular, Marvel has revealed two additional titles to be released after Secret Wars namely Hercules and Black Knight!
Hercules will be written by Dan Abnett with art by Luke Ross.
This new volume will follow Hercules as he reclaims his destiny as a hero. We all know that he sort of fizzled out after he was resurrected and has been goofing around the 616. They tried to make him a street vigilante awhile back but that didn’t stick. Hopefully they get this right. And we here at What’s a Geek are already waiting for a Totally Awesome Hulk/ Hercules crossover given their history.
Black Knight on the other hand will be done by Frank Tieri and Lucca Pizzari
The book will be set in ‘Weirdworld’ and follows Dane Whitman after the events of ‘Original Sins’. He’s thrust in a leadership role, fending inside and outside attacks. Oh and there seems to be a huge connection to Steve Rogers and the Uncanny Avengers.
