Japanese video game development and publishing company, Square Enix, launched a teaser website last week hinting on a new “secret” project. The site is currently displaying the characters “S T A R” and “2 0 1 5 0 1” with the image of a planet as the backdrop. Given the cryptic text and suggestive background image, a lot of netizens are convinced that the next Star Ocean game is going to be announced soon.
Sharing the page via the twitter button on the site displays the following text,
“NEXT 2015.04.14 http://sqex.to/D2I #sqex_secret”
suggesting more characters will be revealed tomorrow. Visit the official site here.
