20th Century Fox has released a new photo for the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past “Rogue Cut” which comes in a nice steelbook cover.
It doesn’t pretty look bad actually. As we reported a few months ago, the Rogue Cut of Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past will add a lot of extra minutes to detail a subplot involving Anna Paquin’s Rogue.
It’s not clear how it pans out but from what we heard, the Future X-Men are sent on a quick mission to rescue Rogue in order to help out Kitty Pryde who was injured by Wolverine’s claws around the 2nd act of the film.
Magneto and Professor X (Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart) are said to be the main propagators of this subplot which got cut out of the film’s theatrical release.
