New Assassin’s Creed Photos Showcase Templar Swords and Props

A new batch of photos provide a better look at the Templars and how they operate in the Assassin’s Creed movie, starring Michael Fassbender.

The movie’s head of content, Azaïzia Aymar, shared these interesting photos from the set of the movie saying teasing a connection between the company Abstergo and the Templars.

The movie is set on two different worlds much like how the games are done now. In the modern times Fassbender plays Callum Lynch who finds out that he is a descendant of the one of the many Assassins who fought a secret war with the Templars. In the past Fassbender will play Lynch’s ancestor Aguilar who operated in the 15th Century Spain.

The swords look extremely classy and definitely hits the time period they’ll be using in the film and man, that detail on the handle as well as on the hilt, looks so, so sexy.

Are we looking at an Abstergo cel for Lynch or is this just something that is displayed in the building for one of the scenes?
