‘iZOMBIE’, a unique twist on the zombie craze, premieres this March on the all-new Warner TV

iZOMBIE— premieres 18th March WEDNESDAYS 9 p.m.

Get ready for a drama with brains! iZOMBIE is a new one-hour series co-created and executive produced by Veronica Mars’ Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero-Wright. Loosely based on a DC Comics series of the same name, iZOMBIE follows the non-superhero story of 25-year-old Olivia “Liv” Moore (Rose McIver) who juggles work, dating and friendships as a modern-day zombie. Due to her condition, Liv loses all traces of her former drive and ambition. She breaks off her engagement with fiancé Major, withdraws from her best friend Peyton, and tries to manage her worried mom after transferring her medical residency to the city morgue in order to gain access to the only thing that maintains her humanity— human brains.

However, Liv’s new diet makes her experience “visions” which are actually flashes of the corpse’s memories, often including clues as to how they were killed. After her boss, Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti, encourages her to embrace this gift, Liv started working with homicide detective Clive Babineaux to help solve these crimes. See how Liv carries out her new-found purpose in “life” as a crime-solving undead in iZOMBIE, beginning March 18, 9 p.m., first and exclusive on Warner TV.
