Concept Art for Unfinished Aliens Movie by District 9 Director
District 9 director Neill Blomkamp shared a couple of photos featuring concept art for a failed Aliens film which could have featured a more mature Ellen Ripley.
There’s a hybrid of Ripley with some xenomorph tech or it could be a biological bond thing. Then there was another concept artwork showing the aforementioned mature Ripley…
And she’s still a badass on that one with some C-4 or at least some sort of explosive pack strapped to her.Another concept art focused on Weyland-Yutani and what looks to be a recovered and exhumed spacecraft.
And the money shot from all this concept art? A new design for the Aliens aka Xenomorph…
And it’s so, so far from that crappy Alien that got out in Ridley Scott‘s Prometheus…
