Hall M’, an immersive experience at the Marvel booth is coming back to AsiaPOP Comicon this year, and fans will definitely be in for a treat with the addition of ANOTHER premium content showcase! Asia will be host to its first ever ‘Hall D.’ Content and entertainment giant, The Walt Disney Company, will be joining Marvel to bring in the fun! This adds another layer of excitement with AsiaPOP Comicon exclusives for fans to expect on July 27 to 29. Two exclusive premium content showcases are definitely better than one.

“We have a lot of great surprises lined up for fans, both old and new ones. Over the years we have built a strong strategic partnership with Marvel in showcasing exclusive content from their movies, TV, animations, comics and merchandise through a platform christened as ‘Hall M.’ Now it is great to have the parent company, The Walt Disney Company, showcase exclusive content and experiences from the rest of its franchises,” said Abdulla Mahmood, Al Ahli Holding Group Marketing and International Business Director.

Hall M Returns!

Already an APCC Manila tradition, fans may remember ‘Hall M as the amazing event which brought to Filipino fans a rich assortment of exclusive content from Marvel’s many entertainment fields, including past blockbusters such as Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Civil War and Doctor Strange.

Just last year, ‘Hall M’ gave us clips and trailers from Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok, Marvel Studios’ Black Panther, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, and Marvel’s Punisher TV Series.

With a slew of upcoming content following the epic confrontations in the recent Avengers: Infinity War, ‘Hall M’ is bound to have juicy surprises up its long, well-guarded sleeves this year across its different platforms that include films, TV, mobile games, and animation. This year, Marvel’s Vice President for Creative Development, Stephen Wacker, will be hosting ‘Hall M’.

Aside from exclusive Marvel content in ‘Hall M’, fans will be able to meet and greet Finn Jones of The Immortal Iron Fist series on Netflix, as well as acclaimed comic book artist Phil Noto, who has done many works for Marvel.

Another first for APCC

APCC Manila is the first and only pop-culture convention in Asia to have Studios content showcase from leading Hollywood Studios. In 2016 ‘Hall M,’ a Marvel showcase was launched to an overwhelming response. Asia will be host to its first ever ‘Hall D’ this year. This makes it three (3) years in a row for APCC to launch an exclusive platform.

“It is an honor for us to have the world’s leading studios showcase exclusive content at APCC Manila,” said Mahmood on the growing global Hollywood studio alliances. “This just reaffirms the commitment of our team to continuously over deliver with talent and exclusive content while building on the trust and partnerships with various studios by providing them with a perfect platform to connect with their fans in the region.”

APCC Manila 2018 tickets are now available via SM Tickets website, https://smtickets.com/, and at all SM Tickets outlets, with ticket prices PhP650 (one-day pass), PhP950 (two-day pass), and PhP1,150 (three-day pass).
