Behold the New Marvel and Netflix Trailers at SDCC: ‘Luke Cage,’ ‘Iron Fist,’ and ‘The Defenders!’

Here we go, everybody. Netflix and Marvel just unleashed a bunch of teasers just now at SDCC. If Jessica Jones and Daredevil ate up a bunch of weekends back when they first came out, time to clear out a few months’ worth of your time for these brand-new Marvel treats.

First, we have a sizzle reel, covering Jessica Jones and the first two seasons of Daredevil, plus a peek at what we’ll get from Luke Cage:

Speaking of Luke Cage, check this out:

After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) becomes a fugitive who attempts to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But soon he is pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city – forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury. The series will be available in the Netflix libraries of most territories (yes, the Philippines included) on September 30, 2016.

And now we have The Defenders teaser. Here’s the synopsis:

Marvel’s The Defenders will unite Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist, as they face their biggest threat yet.

Finally, we have the new Iron Fist teaser, which is, honestly, the one I was anticipating the most.

Danny Rand fights relentlessly to regain everything he’s lost in Marvel’s Iron Fist, coming soon to Netflix.

So, what do you think of the new SDCC trailers from Netflix and Marvel? Did you find them awesome, meh, or were you utterly disappointed? Let’s talk about it in the comments.
