Is He or is He Not Dead? TMNT # 45 Holds the Answer

So for the past few days people are posting the ending of IDW Publishing’s TMNT # 44 which was rather shocking. People think that he’s “dead” but apparently that’s not the case. Here’s how # 44 ended:

This was after Donatello went two-on-one against powerhouses Rocksteady and Bebop (no longer pushovers and chumps like their cartoon iteration).

So yes, definitely Donatello is still alive. Just critically injured and with a broken shell. Way to go IDW Publishing.
