Here are some of the events happening this month, and some of them are pretty epic.

June 2-4: Magic The Gathering: Grand Prix Manila 2017

GP Manila 2017 will be returning to everyone’s favorite Standard! Play the “best decks” from the Pro Tour or bring your homebrew decks for a chance at GP Manila 2017 Champion! June 3: The Road to BatCon

The Dark Knight PH (TDKPH), the premier Batman group in the Philippines, will hold the biggest Batman fan gathering event called, BatCon on June 3, 2017, at Centris Elements, Quezon City. Entrance fee for BatCon costs fifty pesos (PhP 50) per person.

BatCon is the inaugural gathering event of TDKPH and was made possible with the help of ETON Centris. There will be a lot of local comic book artists, sellers, and people from the geek community. BatCon focuses on building strong relationships between the different fandoms in the community by promoting the different aspects of collecting and the geek community.

You can expect a lot of panel discussions, games, and raffles during the event. Bargain items will also be available and are not limited to Batman merchandises alone.

BatCon is the main event of ETON Centris’ First Hobbies Expo. Simultaneously happening during the event are R/C car racing, car exhibits, motorcycle air art exhibits, arts & crafts sessions, baking sessions, gardening talks, travel photography exhibits, calligraphy sessions, painting sessions, and much more.

So head on over to ETON Centris on June 3, 2017, for a fun-filled event for the whole family!

June 3: Rage Art at Playbook Makati

June 4: Wonder Woman Day 2017

Be part of the WONDER! This is the first ever Wonder Woman Day being held worldwide and we are proud to be part of the celebration. Here’s what to expect on Wonder Woman Day 2017:

(1) FREE Wonder Woman Day 2017 comic. DC Comics has produced 2 different Wonder Woman Day comics for the event. You will be able to choose 1 copy between the two available. No purchase necessary, while supplies last.

Wonder Woman Tiara & Bracelet Sets. Purchase a minimum of P300 on Wonder Woman day and receive a limited edition Wonder Woman Tiara & Bracelet set. These are made of cardboard and were specially produced just for Wonder Woman Day. Limit of 1 set per person, while supplies last.

Trivia Contest. Join our Wonder Woman Day trivia contest and receive some wonderful prizes. Sign-ups start at 10 am. The trivia contest will be held at approximately 1 pm.

Costume Contest. Attend Wonder Woman Day in your best Wonder Woman outfit. Participants will receive a Wonder Woman enamel pin (while supplies last). There will be prizes awarded to the best in costume in 2 different age brackets. Ages 1-12 and ages 13-upwards.

Shirahane Nao＊Dmyo. Dmyo is famous for being one of the illustrators of Danny Choo’s Mirai Suenaga and other mascot characters of Culture Japan. Her other works include insert illustrations to light novels and manga series published by Konami and Kadokawa. She also contributed her talent to the production of the Nintendo 3DS game “Onna no Ko to Misshitsu ni Tara ○○ Shichau Kamoshirenai” (女の子と密室にいたら○○ しちゃうかもしれない。︎) by D3Publisher and PSP’s “SUCRE” by Giga.

Miu – ミウ Cosplayer. Apart from her career as a cosplayer, MIU is also an illustrator for mobile games.
